BACKORDERS: Northstar Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer backorders or out-of-stock items. If the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order before team store orders are scheduled to ship and/or does not provide an estimated restock date, the item may be canceled and refunded.

BRAND COLORS/SIZES: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. If you are unsure of your size, we have sizing charts located in the “sizing guidance” section of each item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please be advised that custom-made products are produced specifically to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing errors. Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details including sizes, colors, and spelling before placing an order.
