BACKORDERS: Northstar Apparel is not responsible for manufacturer backorders or out-of-stock items. In the event of a backorder, we will contact you with available options if the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order before team store orders are scheduled to ship. If the manufacturer does not provide an estimated restock date, the item may be canceled and refunded.

BRAND COLORS/SIZES: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. If you are unsure of your size, we have sizing charts located in the “sizing guidance” section of each item.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Please be advised that custom-made products are produced specifically to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing errors. Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details including sizes, colors, and spelling before placing an order.
