Each year, Tour de Tonka brings thousands of cyclists together for one of Minnesota's premier cycling events. This marked our second year partnering with the Tour de Tonka team, and we were proud to once again produce around 2,500 fully custom sublimated rider shirts, along with custom volunteer shirts that helped event staff stand out throughout the day. From the initial design concepts to final production, we worked closely with the Tour de Tonka team to ensure every detail matched their vision and delivered a product everyone would be excited to wear.
Our dye sublimation process allowed us to create vibrant, durable apparel that looks great on event day and holds up for years to come. We’re grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting an event that brings together so many riders from across Minnesota and beyond.
In addition to the rider and volunteer shirts, we also built a custom online team store where participants could purchase additional Tour de Tonka merchandise. Offering extra apparel through an online store gave riders the opportunity to show their support beyond race day while providing a simple, hassle-free ordering experience. We appreciate the Tour de Tonka team's continued trust in Northstar Apparel and look forward to helping make next year's event another success.
