If any backorders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Northstar Apparel in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery. We will work with you on your specific needs, and will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom ordered apparel. If you cancel for refund your submitted order before the store closes a 10% restocking fee WILL be applied.
